Using calendar

The main calendar allows you to manage events within different time scales. You can change the way calendar data is displayed using the tabs in the main calendar.

To select a view click on the respective tab.

Month: The Month view is the default view in the main calendar and it provides a grid of boxes, one for each day of the month. Each box lists events that occur on that day. All day or multi-day events are displayed against a solid background. Part day events are displayed against a white background. An arrow on either end of an event indicates that it spans more than a week.

Week: The Week view provides a column for each day of the week. Each column is divided into two sections, an all day event section and a part day event section. The all day or multi-day event section is a small section at the top of the column. The part day event section is larger and is divided into 24 one hour blocks. An arrow on either end of an event indicates that it spans beyond the current week view.

Day:The Day view displays a single column divided into two sections, an all day event section and a part day event section. The all day or multi-day event section is a small section at the top of the column. The part day event section is larger and is divided into 24 one hour blocks. An arrow on either end of an event indicates that it spans beyond the current day view.

All calendars available for viewing appear in your Calendar List, which you use to select calendars to display, edit, or delete. Events from all your currently available calendars appear in the calendar view.
